From the first aeroplane landing at Tocumwal in September 1919 through the barnstorming days of the 1920s and early regional airlines of the 1930s to the construction of the largest aerodrome in the southern hemisphere in 1942 and the largest base ever operated by the Royal Australian Air Force, and more. This heritage display will impress you. See the life-sized historic aircraft, the memorabilia, an original film and stories that are so relevant to all Australians. Enjoy the on-site cafe as well in the family-friendly attraction.

Enjoy WWII aviation history in this purpose-built air-conditioned building at Tocumwal's aerodrome. The museum is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm with a cafe on site.
